This is not related to Seashine. Please make sure your device has the minimum requirements:
– at least iOS 8 for Apple devices.
– at least Android 4.1 and 500MB of RAM for Android devices.
If you have troubles downloading the game or if the game hangs on install please contact the Apple App Store support or Google Play support depending on your device. The issue is coming from their services, not Seashine.
